General Questions:
Question: What
happens if I die without a Will?
Answer: You will die intestate. In its simplest form this means that you will
not have any say in what happens to your estate. It will be up to the government to decide how your estate is divided. If
you have children it will be the government that decides who is best suited to look after them. Not you.
Question:
Do you charge for a consultation?
Answer: No we only charge when we actually produce a Will. All our work is
fixed price regardless of how many visits we make.
Question: Where should I store my Will?
Answer:
You can store your Will anywhere you like but we can offer secure storage at a very reasonable fee. If you die in a house
fire and your will is destroyed in the same fire, all of your efforts would be in vain and you would die intestate.
Question: When does my Will become Legal?
Answer: Once we have taken your instructions we will
produce your Will for you. Once you are happy with the document we will produce a final bound copy of your Will. This will
include full signing instructions. Once you have signed the Will and it has been correctly witnessed it will be a legal document.
